TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

GENERAL CONDITIONS

These general conditions apply to all purchases made or services requested through the Labirinto.ch website. Online offers of products and services are valid only if they are visible on the site and while supplies last. The illustrations presented on the site are provided for information only and are in no way binding. Labyrinth.ch disclaims any liability for any errors or inaccuracies in connection with the aforementioned diagrams, illustrations, explanations, etc. in the catalogs or information sheets. Subject to changes in prices and models or possible errors.

PRICES

Prices shown on the website are in Swiss francs only, including VAT and advance recycling fee (ARF). This does not include administrative fees and shipping costs, which will be charged separately. Payment for all ordered items and services is made exclusively in Swiss francs. Labyrinth.ch reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the prices valid at the time of ordering and stated in the order confirmation always apply to products ordered by customers.

ORDER

An order becomes final only after approval by Labirinto.ch. By placing an order, the customer accepts these general conditions in their entirety and without reservation, to the exclusion of any other provisions or conditions. The other conditions of sale in force in the stores the Labyrinth and Ariadne’s Thread in particular do not apply for online orders through the site. Labyrinth.ch reserves the right to decline any order from a customer.

DELIVERY

Shipment is made only if the delivery address is in Switzerland. Shipping costs are mainly borne by Labyrinth.ch. For each order we charge the customer a flat rate of CHF 10.00 for shipping. Delivery of goods is within three days after online purchase (only business days are taken into account). Customers are advised that during in-store promotions or sales there may be delays in shipping.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Unless otherwise agreed, all products, benefits and services are to be paid for with the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Post Card. All payment transactions take place in the secure area of the site. The data stored by Labirinto.ch is valid as evidence for all transactions that have taken place between Labirinto.ch and its customers. The data stored by the payment system serves as the basis for financial transactions.

REPLACEMENT, RETURN AND COMPLAINTS

General Return Provisions: Goods must be returned to Labirinto.ch within 6 days of receipt, in the original packaging and indicating the contract number and reason for return. It is imperative to apply for return authorization by sending your request to shop@labirinto.ch and specifying item code, whether you intend size exchange or amount return. The safety wire on the items you return must not be cut or broken. The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use or special scent. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition with no marks, otherwise we reserve the right to reject the returned goods. Labirinto.ch reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been authorized or not sent in accordance with the return policy. In the case of returning an item, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

TERMINATION CLAUSE

If the customer fails to fulfill any of his obligations in whole or in part or if he fails to meet a payment deadline, Labirinto.ch reserves the right to demand immediate payment of all outstanding amounts, of whatever nature they may be, to stop all outstanding deliveries, or to withdraw from the current contract.

APPLICABLE LAW / DISPUTES

This contract is subject to Swiss law. These general conditions are considered accepted with the buyer’s order of the goods. Only the company can make changes or additions to these general conditions. The latter must also be in writing.
